1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.primesiteplan.com (“the Site”) and any purchase or use of our services. By accessing the Site or purchasing a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site or our services.
2. Our Services
PrimeSitePlan.com provides digital drafting services, including site plans and related documentation based on licensed GIS data and other public or commercial data sources.
All services are delivered digitally. We do not ship physical products and we do not perform on-site inspections.
3. What Our Service Is Not
Our services do not constitute a legal land survey, engineering service, architectural service, or any certified professional service.
All site plans produced by PrimeSitePlan.com are Non-Certified and do not include any professional stamp, seal, or endorsement by a surveyor, engineer, or architect.
You should not use our site plans as a substitute for documents that legally require certification.
4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate property information,
- Independently verifying all measurements, boundaries, and features,
- Confirming that a non-certified site plan is acceptable for your intended use.
PrimeSitePlan.com is not responsible for decisions made based solely on the delivered documents without independent verification.
5. Accuracy of Data
We use licensed GIS data and third-party sources that are believed to be reliable. However, we do not guarantee absolute accuracy of any data, measurements, or representations.
If you identify discrepancies between the physical property and the delivered site plan, we will make reasonable revisions upon request at no additional cost.
6. Revisions & Corrections
Reasonable revisions requested due to identifiable data discrepancies will be provided free of charge. Requests must be based on clear and verifiable differences between the delivered plan and the actual property.
7. Payments
Payments are processed through PayPal and Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may be changed without prior notice.
8. Refunds & Cancellations
Standard site plan packages are covered by our satisfaction guarantee.
If your local building or permitting authority rejects your site plan for reasons other than a requirement for a certified or stamped plan, we will provide revisions at no additional charge. If we are unable to meet the stated requirements after reasonable corrections, we will issue a full refund.
To request a refund, you must email written proof of rejection from the relevant authority to info@primesiteplan.com within 48 hours of receiving the decision.
Custom services billed on an hourly basis or services explicitly marked as non-refundable are not eligible for refunds.
9. Intellectual Property
All site plans, drawings, and digital materials created by PrimeSitePlan.com remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered materials for your intended project. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the materials without our written permission.
10. Acceptable Use of the Website
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful purposes,
- Attempt to copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer any part of the Site or services,
- Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any misuse of the Site or services.
11. Third-Party Services and Tools
Our Site may integrate or link to third-party services, including payment processors and analytics tools. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.
Your use of such services is subject to their own terms and policies.
12. Limitation of Liability
