Our Standard Site Plan offers a more complete overview of your property, suitable for most permit submissions and planning requirements. This plan includes precise property boundaries, the primary structure, roofline outline, lot dimensions, parcel and address information, scale, and north arrow. In addition, it features driveways, walkways, parking areas, basic landscaping elements, and other visible site features that help provide a fuller representation of the property.
Measurements between key site elements are included to support contractor coordination, project feasibility, and city or county review.
(Easements, setbacks, and utility connections are only included if provided by the customer.)
This plan is ideal for:
- Most residential building and improvement permits
- Property development and project planning
- Contractor, architect, or builder coordination
- Medium-scale improvements such as garages, additions, patios, decks, or accessory structures
