Our Standard Site Plan provides a more complete representation of your property and is suitable for most residential permit applications. This plan includes all visible structures on the property, property boundaries, lot dimensions, parcel information, address, scale, and north arrow.
In addition to buildings and structures, the Standard Plan includes major site improvements such as driveways, parking areas, fences, and basic landscaping elements. Landscaping is shown at a simplified level and typically includes major trees and primary site features. Measurements between key site elements are included to assist with planning, permitting, and contractor coordination.
