All content, site plans, drawings, graphics, templates, text, and materials available on PrimeSitePlan.com are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws and are the exclusive property of PrimeSitePlan.com, unless otherwise stated.
1. Ownership
PrimeSitePlan.com retains full ownership of all original materials, including but not limited to:
- site plans and drawings,
- design layouts and templates,
- website content, branding, and graphics.
No ownership rights are transferred to the client upon purchase.
2. Limited License to the Client
Upon purchase, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the delivered site plan solely for:
- their own project, and
- submission to local authorities for permitting or informational purposes.
This license is limited to one property and one project only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Prohibited Uses
Unless expressly authorized in writing by PrimeSitePlan.com, you may not:
- reproduce, copy, or modify the materials for resale or redistribution,
- share, sublicense, or transfer the files to third parties,
- use the plans for multiple projects or properties,
- remove copyright notices or proprietary markings,
- incorporate the materials into commercial products, templates, or services.
Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of copyright and may result in legal action.
4. Third-Party Data
Certain elements within the site plans may be derived from licensed GIS data or publicly available sources. Such data remains subject to the rights of their respective owners and is provided only as part of the finished plan under this limited license.
5. Termination of License
PrimeSitePlan.com reserves the right to terminate the license granted to any user who violates these terms. Upon termination, all use of the materials must cease immediately.
6. No Implied Rights
No rights or licenses are granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise beyond those expressly stated in this policy.
