1. Nature of Our Services

All site plans provided by PrimeSitePlan.com are:

Digitally created,
Non-certified,
Based on licensed GIS data, publicly available sources, and client-provided information,
Delivered electronically (no physical products, no site visits).

Our services do not include land surveying, engineering, architectural services, or any certified or stamped documents.

2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund

You may be eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

If your local building or permitting authority rejects your site plan for any reason other than a requirement for a certified or stamped plan, we will first offer one round of reasonable revisions at no additional cost.

If, after resubmission, the plan is rejected again for the same compliance-related reasons, we will issue a full refund, provided that:

You submit written proof of rejection (scan, photo, or official notice), and
You contact us at info@primesiteplan.com within 48 hours of receiving the second rejection.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

If the rejection is based on the requirement for a certified, stamped, or surveyed plan by a licensed surveyor, engineer, or architect,
If the issue arises from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the client,
If the site plan was accepted but later deemed unnecessary or unused,
For custom services billed on an hourly basis, which are final and non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. Revision Policy

We use reliable GIS data and third-party sources; however, because we do not perform on-site visits, discrepancies may occasionally occur.

If you identify any differences between your actual property and the delivered plan:

Notify us promptly, and
We will provide one reasonable revision at no additional cost based on verifiable information.

If the plan remains non-compliant after the revision and meets the refund conditions outlined above, a full refund will be issued.

5. Pre-Order Responsibility

Before placing your order, you are responsible for confirming that our services meet your local requirements:

Local Regulations: Different jurisdictions require different levels of detail. Please verify what your city or county requires before purchasing.
Site Surveys: We do not provide land surveys. If your authority requires a survey, you must hire a licensed surveyor.
Stamped Plans: Our site plans are not stamped or certified. If your project requires stamped documents, our service will not be suitable.

6. Satellite Review Before Work Begins

Before starting each site plan, we conduct a preliminary satellite review of the property. If we identify limitations that may affect accuracy due to visibility, terrain, or missing data, we will inform you.

At that point, you may choose to:

Proceed by supplying exact measurements and details, or
Request a full refund before work begins.

7. Time Limits for Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

8. Payment Processing

Refunds, when approved, will be issued through the original payment method used at checkout (PayPal or Stripe). Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
